Catalan? Castellano? English? Let’s try!
Just arrive to the airport, Ramses who is the brother of
Ronny (he was working in the same restaurant as me), picked me up and we drive
through the night and rush traffic of motorbikes and buses until Porsea.
I have to recognize that I were really scared. He didn’t
speak English. It was dark. The drive way was so dangerous and the road too
small. Also we get a flat and we had to change the wheel… no comments….
3am and we are to Porsea village. I just can go up from the
stairs and sleep on the wood floor covered with two blankets.
Obviously at 6-7am the sunlight enter from the roof and the cocks
don’t stop to yell. I can’t describe the shelters just have a look to the
photos. It was awesome stared at the mum cooking in the modest and simple
kitchen. I really felt in my house. One of the main purpose of this trip has
been done.
The worst thing to assimilate was the way to go to the
toilet… no toilet…no bottom to push the water… no paper… no light… just a hold
on the floor and a bath full of water and a pan for take it….
This was so difficult to do it… but I thing that with
practise it’ll be comfortable because my ass finish completely clean and
without any scratches of paper!!! Hahaha J
Before go to Danau Toba we had a delicious but so spicy
lunch. A really rural fish and rice with a devilled souse. The shocked thing is
in Indonesia they eat with the hands. For me, it’s more much difficult than do
it with the cutlery. I can’t do it!!!! I’m not able to and I don’t have this
ability!!!
From the Wharf of Danau Toba we took the ferry for go to Tuk
Tuk island. There we took a bajaj (sidecar) for do a walk, take some pictures
and go back. It was a fabulous
experience.
